The MIR-HE300 Ceiling-Mounted Human Presence Sensor has undergone multiple iterations, improving both its overall performance and practicality. Featuring advanced Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar and infrared dual detection technology, the sensor can accurately detect whether there is a person within the monitoring area, as well as the movement or stillness of the person. With a wider detection range, the sensor’s coverage area can be adjusted (large, medium, or small), making it adaptable to various installation environments. It also integrates an intelligent light intensity chip for large-area light recognition, supporting 24-hour “free light control”. Additionally, the sensor supports OTA remote upgrades through an open interface, allowing for updates anytime, anywhere.
The MIR-HE300 adopts a ceiling-mounted, concealed installation design, powered by AC220V, ensuring long-lasting performance without the need for battery replacements. Users can customize a wide range of intelligent scenarios based on the sensor’s detection of human presence/absence and light levels, enabling seamless integration with other smart home devices such as smart lights, curtains, air conditioners, and air purifiers. This functionality creates diverse and enriched smart living environments, making daily life more intelligent.
