Our processing facilities include the advanced fully automatic 1300mm box coater equipped with electron beam, ion assisted and resistance source, OMS, crystal deposition controller，etc. Our in house measurement equipment includs an advanced IR spectrophotometer which can measure IR reflectance and transmission up to 25 microns.
